Right, bp. Want to once again do the historical review, about how the Reagan deficits were all Congress's fault, despite the fact that there was never much difference in overall spending between the budgets Reagan sent up and the budgets Congress passed? But now, it's all due to the wise actions of the Republican Congress that a surplus exists? A situation they want to fix as rapidly as possible with tax cuts?
