At 8.5 , would buy more. We are now witnessing an expected retreat of those who expected IPO announcement by 12/14. volume is small.It's a chance to accumulate. S-1 filing probably related to date of IPO. I believe that having IPO in the third or even fourth week of January is even better than in early January, to get the best of the January effect. The first one or two weeks of January are usually sleepy. Timing is everything . Look at what the Infospace underwriter, in their infinite wisdom, did yesterday. They priced it in the middle of the day, which is highly unusual for IPO , and they captured a nice surge in the market.
