are surveys ever taken here in SI to determine, for instance, how members feel about the use of profanity on the threads? (in terms of use one finds adjectives like vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable to describe intolerable language.) one question i'd like to have members respond to is, how do they feel about a thread with the word shit in the title? that would be a good survey question. and i'm sure there are other good ones.
