Chris:

I think that is what I have been saying for about a year now. Ericsson wants to be unduly compensated for its ability to promulgate a converged standard and Dr. Jacobs has been unwilling to hand over the keys to the kingdom in tribute.

In many respects the Ericsson/Qualcomm war is like a B movie. The bad guys do all kinds of nefarious things, cheating, lying, stealing and whatnot. The good guy almost loses and the tension mounts while the audience holds on in suspense. But, just like a B movie, the final outcome is never in doubt if you really understand what is going on.

Happy Holidays!

Gregg

That is the external demeanor. The internal message seems to be we are the only ***** who are not moving forward and we will get our ass kicked if we dont reach an agreement soon.
