By my calculations, we're soon due for a release announcing the opening of the new factory. (The company has said it would start shipping product around December 15.)

About a month ago, when the stock was around $2.50, and the company issued their release projecting $30 million in revenues and $.50 to $1.00 EPS for fiscal 1999 (ending 9/30/99), I posted my prediction that the price would soon start upwards. I have a strong suspicion this trend will continue: A profit of even $.75 cents for the year, a modest P/E of 15, would send the stock to over $11 bucks a share -- and, judging by BUGS' impressive (and enormous) list of Fortune 500 customers and government agencies, I believe the pieces are well in place for a P/E of a lot more than 15.

My guess is that, following this brief pullback, we're going to see the stock edge higher once again.
