Gary: Was that your response to being asked to support your statements? Shares on the proxy, officers 450K @ 30 cents (out of the money) Additional 405K also at 30 cents. These are possibly the same shares mentioned of 715K and 105K from the 1996 stock option plan, with only 105K in the money at 25 cents. Two warrants, 407K one for one share priced ar 40 cents, out of the money. 675K warrants which are exercisable into 338K shares at 20 cents, in the money, Finally, a related party transaction of 407K units for 1 share and one warrant, value undisclosed. Now please answer my question as to what this has to do with the past, and what your point is supposed to be. jmt
