Donahue is having a nervous brakedown over it too: Losing his cool The possible impeachment of President Clinton has some of his supporters in hysterics, including former TV talk-show host Phil Donahue. Mr. Donahue, attending a party hosted by Edgar Bronfman Jr. at the Four Seasons in New York on Sunday night, "became incensed during a discussion of impeachment and began shouting how much he hated Republicans," the New York Post reports. "What was particularly awkward about the tirade is that it was done in the presence of such noteworthy GOP stalwarts as society maven Georgette Mosbacher," the newspaper said. "Donahue's wife, Marlo Thomas, scurried along in his wake, apologizing for the outburst. 'I don't know why he's saying that,' said a flustered Miss Thomas.
