Other Notable Ratings:

- Bethlehem Steel (BS) boosted from "neutral" to "buy" by PaineWebber.

- MCI WorldCom (WCOM) started at "buy" by Deutsche Bank.

- Computer Literacy (CMPL) initiated at "buy" by Piper Jaffray.

- Input/Output (IO) cut from "neutral" to "buy" by Dain Rauscher.
