I haven't thought of any either, it also mentioned that 2 investors had already completed the deed, now how could that have taken place without proper public notification to all investors. Who was the $90,000 lent to stated as a performing asset, And why is the Liquidating trust been dissolved if we still haven't finish pursuing DF. What about the 45,200 Pref A that are short? Oh by the way, to the rest of the thread who were so nice to wish me a nice hello after a small abscense from posting. Thanks for the kind words, Finally getting some cold weather up here around home and had to stop working on that log cabin probably till next spring.
