Now if I was Bill, I would never suggest that Congress delay its vote. In fact, I would hold a press conference and state that the business of this nation goes on day after day, including the defense of its interests throughout the world, and there is never a day that the president is not faced with a crisis somewhere. So, Congress, do what you feel is most important to you and I, in the meantime, will perform the duties of president to the best of my abilities and defend the nation. Thus, you have Congress looking like a bunch of morons obsessed with Bill's perjury/sex life while he's waging war against Saddam.
