You are so completely off base. It is because of the value of the office of the Presidency that Clinton should be removed. At this very moment the world is looking with suspicion at this president's motivation for a military strike against Iraq, with justification. He is rightly perceived in Congress as a liar and an untrustworthy individual. Why you see him as an "asset" to this country's stature in the world is without reason. I don't think this country needs the next two years spent watching Bill Clinton trying to "re-habilitate" himself before the world.

And that image is...liar, obstruction of justice, and shame.

<<I was commenting on the political value of the office...it seems many on this thread underestimate the oval office and it's aura>>

Agreed, at least by all the people who don't want that office to be a symbol of, truth, justice, honor and integrity. Its aura eminates from its honored history in the world.

You think the rest of the world aren't shaking their heads in wonder at us. I know several people who've imigrated from dictatorships and known corruption. They don't see any problem. They tell me all the government leaders of the world behave the same way when they can get away with it. Yep, we're giving them what they expect but nothing they respect.
