I don't know what Gary is talking about, either. But, they should be raising the exercise price on the warrants instead of lowering it. That doesn't do much for investor confidence. If they think this is a $2 stock next year, then raise the exercise price to $2. Give employees an incentive to increase the stock price - instead of an incentive to dump the shares the first chance they get.

I won't be able to be on the call Friday, and have a question about the "trading loss" situation. If they were buying shares to support the stock price, why did they sell the shares? I don't understand that at all. Once again, that sends the wrong message.

I am long TSIS and have over 200k shares. I'd like to see more insider buying of the stock. Why do I have more shares than most TSIS insiders? Again, the confidence issue. Another question/issue I hope someone brings up on the call - how about increasing the board to 5 members and bringing in some new blood with some fresh ideas? A strong board can do a lot for a small company. Maybe get someone freshly retired from AT&T, MCI, etc.
