i looked back at a chart of ASCT and saw no pop in the price to indicate a $10 buyout offer....so I figured it was bs

ASCT: Skane - I do not doubt your phone contact. But, do you actually think that the CEO would advertise buyout negotiations previous to a completed deal, or a calculated press release was issued?

I have a tough time believing that TM would blatantly invent a story like this. Time will tell.
