Within reason everything is FLUFF. However, COOL has created a brand name image for itself online from its agreements with MSN, AOL, AMZN, TGLO and the few other dozen advertising agreements it has. They also bought USAI's 150,000 customer base and online site. They have no short or long term debt, no bonds outstanding, no preferred shares, and a very huge and successful advertising campaign going on now, and they have only spent 1 Million of the $70 Million they raised from their IPO.
