News out, didn't get quite the flow rates I was hoping for, but still worth running. Flow rates came back at 190K cfpd gas and 20 bpd oil. They are now just working on the hot tap connection to the Mitchell Energy Pipeline.

Also good news regarding a new "Pinnacle Reef" oil and gas prospect in Michigan. The company will earn a 100% working interest by reimbursing past exploration costs and by funding the first exploratory well. The intention is to bring partners into the project to the extent where the company will retain a 25% working interest.
According to the release it is not uncommon to have 4M BOE from these Pinnacles and wells in the area have had initial production rates measured as high as 10M cfpd gas and 500 bpd oil. There was no mention of time frames for work.

The first of the re-entry wells in Parker County, Texas will commence work, still this week, as well. Combined production rates for the 4 wells in the project could be in the 1.3M to 2.9M cfpd gas. There is infrastructure already in place to allow for near immediate production revenue, upon successful completion.

Stay tuned!

Salut,
Leigh McBain

The company has decided to continue using Doug Wolters as their IR person. I am glad to see this, Doug is young and learning the business and truly interested in helping the company advance in it's goals. I am always happy to see continuity in this arena (provided the job is being properly handled and with Doug that appears to be the case). The official release follows.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
