I don't know why you have such a disdain for analysts and like to ignore the facts...I believe I stated in my 2 earlier posts regarding the rating change, it did not affect the target price. The stock was at 35 when he downgraded it to an accumulate and he kept his 40$ target.That is shooting for a 16% gain...satisfactory for most investors in a year after earniongs he raised his target to 45. lets keep the hot air to a minimum and chatter about opinions and facts on orcl.
