The had cash flow from operations of $700MM last quarter, but they have unfunded restructuring costs of $1,634 MM. This does not count the accrual for "in process R&D" which will be an additional cash drain, which, if memory serves me (I am relying on my memory here which is known to be occasionally faulty except when it comes to politics) is around $1,500 MM spread over two years. <<2.)
