I read your post. Are you saying that at their whim, a MM can hold up an order manually when they are offering at a price that is acceptable to the buyer. Is this not considered..backing away? And if so, is it always best to SOES in order to force them to take action.

YOu know, I don't even know why I asked that question, this is getting into some of the best "doublespeaking, filibustering" that I've seen since the early Clinton years. The BUSH is now over your head from beating around it for so long. Every body is the culprit. But ARCA and TNTO is NANOSECOND CITY.

I read not only your posts but most of the top daytrading books. Do a check on the info I gave you about the trade that took 31 seconds and tell us all what happened. Not in your opinion, just the facts.
