Most likely was a negotiated block piece. Seller calls around looking for buyers, intentions to sell large piece, gets indications and finds the block buyer. Could be multiple block buyers, probably not a two party transaction. Or did a few blocks and spotty market trading...cleans itup with a closing print moving stock from clients account to cover short in firm inventory account as firm calculates position after the bell.
