Here is the flaw in that argument.

Saddam is not acting any differently today than he has for the past 6 years.

Klintoon should have bombed months ago, but didn't have the balls to do it (except he did blow-up an aspirin factory the last time he was in political turmoil).

Now, he is acting purely for political purposes.

Klintoon is so pathetic, he is a complete disgrace.
