Yes I know that the announcement was after the split BUT that does not mean that it falls under those ratios. If there were questions on the integrity this company I would think it could be that the offering was done before the split which would only add to the questions surrounding this company. There was no date given anywhere, so who really knows? Yes I do feel fortunate but I still think that the backers will be moving this stock again after the dust settles. Something to watch.
