And BAMM is profitable :-) I'm kicking myself for not getting in at
11 the other day...but around this range and in 20's etc - should be good long term. I just joined them & the shopping was a breeze.
I compared the books they have with Amazon & they were about
5 bucks less per book at BAMM. Considering that price shopping will
only get more severe in the future - BAMM has the advantage. Hey - they even have a Furby book and a search at Amazon turns up nothing.
Can't wait to read it :-)
I like the Price Club / Sams Club type thing....& at only 5 bucks..
creates loyalty & repeat buyers... Granted - Amazon has more name recce and is a master at win/win marketing on the Net..
but I can see BAMM implementing a whole bunch of similar type of marketing methods in the future. The stock action was what brought me to the web site & I'm now a loyal customer.. :-) I was a looker at
Amazon back when it was 20 - so I'm not going to be caught looking again :-) The key with BAMM is it's great pricing and the club thing..

I will agree that AMZN was a pioneer in the internet e-commerce market; however, if anyone believes this guarantees exclusivity or profitability you may want to reconsider - IMO.

BAMM is not AMZN at this point, its profitable. So much for anyone opening up an e-commerce retail sight. If you honestly believe that AMZN is worth its current price, well, enjoy the ride down. The trip will be a quick and steep one claiming many along the way. IMO. But hey, enjoy it while you can, as many times as you can.

Anyway. Good luck with which ever stock you are playing, or plan to play.
