Hi Bald Eagle -- from Cramer on thestreet.com - End of Controversy

Of course, I'm sure we'll see a lot of naysayers because they have nothing better to do with their time than complain.

Hope you had an excellent birthday !!

Regards,

Phil

"Random musings: Again, for the billionth time, I did not try to
short WavePhore (WAVO:Nasdaq) when I was on CNBC. I tried to check to see if it could be borrowed to find out whether it had doubled because of a short squeeze. I did that to try to understand why this stock doubled, no more. I thought that would be valuable to the viewer. I had no intention of shorting and never shorted Wavephore.

Any professional in this business knows that only by finding out
if a stock can be borrowed can you find out if a short squeeze
may be in the works. You can't find out any other way. I will write
it again for the billion-and-first time: I never intended to short and
have never shorted WavePhore. End of controversy."
