"But surely Saddam knows when to step it up?"

There is no question the Saddam has won the psychological war with Slick. He won it long ago, knowing how weak and indecisive Slick has been in this area of foreign policy going back long before impeachment was ever an issue.

We had Saddam in our crosshairs one month ago, and Slick let him go.

Dip, I will stop debating with you because of your clear lack of intellectual rigor/capacity.

It is like debating with a pile of rocks.

Dipy,

Saddam doesn't decide when to step it up. Neither he, nor the UN decide anything.
