Wagging the dog will backfire. IMO, his days are numbered and I bet Gore doesn't issue any pardons. It will all just be a buy opportunity until Brazil or China devalue.

By the way, when the end of OPEC was proclaimed, I said that oil was due for a big time bounce on any bullish news. Now, I would look for a peak tomorrow to sell.

Last but not least, silver may be breaking out of the downtrend which began in 2/98.
