The whole sector is riding a major growth wave. Even though it looks like Barnes is growing their business FASTER than Amazon, AMZN's growth is coming off a much bigger base and is still spectacular. This is the season to be jolly and other quarters will not see this dramatic of an increase. However, growth will continue at a rapid pace compared to year ago quarters, IMO. The fact that Barnes and other competitors are growing faster than Amazon is likely to be lost in the high volume noise of Internet growth. When this growth reaches a "sustainable steady state" of maybe 30% per year a couple of years from now and if competition continues to grow more rapidly than Amazon, investor's 109 degree fever will cool down. At the rate this stock is moving, I think we will see a substantial retreat by late spring. A more substantial adjustment to some reasonable value, whatever that turns out to be, probably won't be for 18-24 months or longer.
