Not reacting? It's up .21 as of a half hour ago, after the huge run-up of the past two days. This is before any confirmation as to the seriousness of the attacks, and is on the ACCESS market.
I think we can expect a nice move tomorrow.
Also, I hope that OPEC's got enough sense not to hold off on anything because of these very temporary fluctuations.

Sounds now that a second strike has just landed. It depends on how hard he's hit, how long, what gets hit, and what the response is. It's way to early in this mess to answer anything definitively. Once the Dogs of War are unleashed chaos sets in. Anyway the Brit's are in, just heard him speak, sounded grim. But what else would you expect?
