As you might have surmised... BI is positive on this one for an end of year bargain buy. Hopefully we have seen a bottom in this sector. The positives for are 5 mil. of new financing(somebody is taking this project seriously) and there have been a couple of acquisitions recently in this industry. We shall see what happens. If there is some really good news to come next year it had better be a big splash to make up for for the years of waiting for this one to pan out, IMO.
