FWIW, the number one percentage gainer of stocks on the major US exchanges the day we last attacked Iraq, was Magal Security Systems (MAGSF). They make bomb detection devices for airports and perimeter intrusion detectors with clients in 60 countries. Their PE is less than 10, it sells for less than book value and the price to sales is about 1/2.

glenn,
the iraqi situation doesn't change the path of the impeachment. The house and senate will still look at it, albeit two days late. Its just delaying the inevitable vote. I am not a big clinton fan but I don't think it changes people's minds and it definitely raises questions about his character despite it possibly being the correct military move.
