Nice listing of IP providers. A Web-based IP rating system that the company says will make it easier for system-on-a-chip designers to select the right cores for their designs. The IP Catalyst Measure of Reuse Excellence (MORE) is a Web-based tool that measures a core's compliance with the rules and guidelines described in the Reuse Methodology Manual, a reference standard co-authored by Synopsys. Twenty-five independent IP providers participated in a pilot launch of the IP Catalyst MORE program, including 3DSP, ARC, BOPS, CAST, CoreEl Microsystems, CSELT, DSP Group, Enabling Technology, Enthink (formerly WIPRO), Hantro Products, Innovative Semiconductors, I2P, ISS, Interactive Silicon, Lexra, PalmChip, Phoenix Technologies (including Sand Microelectronics), SICAN Microelectronics, Sierra Research and Technology, VAutomation, and the Western Design Center. techweb.com Marc
