nothing really new, AR. I was listening in order to hear what the scope was -- that was what was very disappointing in the speech. Clinton has in mind simply spanking Sadam is what I gathered -- he talked about the resumption of inspections, possibility of further strikes, etc. If he's not going in there to really take out their capability and some of their government -- it's just a continuation of the failed policy. Call me a cynic -- the whole timing of this thing is suspect, IMO.
