Watching CNN. Saw a missile track an aircraft that was trying to evade. Then the camera panned off the tracking missile, and the reporter mentioned that there was an "orange glow" in the sky. Damn, I hope it wasn't an F-117 that caught the 'golden BB." Next worse would be a B-52, but I'm sure they are standing well off and out of range of anything the Iraqis have. jim

Tippet - all of this is becoming a tired argument about relativity - we've had numerous examples of degrees of lying - but the whole business has entered the arena of the theatre of the absurd now - as I said on another thread - we now have (with Iraq) a political event superimposed on another (the impeachment hearings) political event. No wonder the Republicans are howling! The holier than thou are those who deny it's about politics - yes we know he lied about a sexual encounter - but it is politics to the nth degree to elevate this to the level of high crimes and misdemeanours(sp) - same goes for the other charges.
