OK..the 1st filled 300

the 2nd sat for 30 seconds

why did ARCA not stiff the 2nd and go to the 3ird?

If this is normal then all ARCA orders that get hung up on one thumbsitting MM have to wait until he fills perhaps a partial and then does ARCA move on to the 3ird 4th or 5th?

And for clarity..right after the 300 was filled my 500 remaining became the inside BID..My error.
