Selling those calls is sort of betting that the under $500 PC market is not gonna explode in 99. I think it is!

Well, you are probably right. But I had doubled up at 14 3/8 with a cost basis of around 13 1/2 for a ton of shares.

If NSM explodes I will max out profits at ~$23 / share.
And if things explode down hill and NSM hits $9-10 I will still be OK.
At that point I may write some puts.

If NSM putters around in the $13-17 range over the next year 20% profits is not too shabby.

It may not have been the smartest thing to do but that was my thinking anyway and it helps me sleep a tad better at night.
