I'm going to venture an agreement on the conceivability that Saddam provoked the attack. But that is just the whole point of this discussion. We are now discussing the conceivablility that Saddam may have asked for it instead of the confidense and conviction of same. This doubt and lack of trust is directly attributable to the character of bc.

Would this be news to anybody that doesn't have their head up their backside? I haven't heard anybody say that Saddam is an idiot... just a madman. Of course Saddam timed this appropriately... One of the major tenants of psychological warfare is timing.

Clinton just seized the opportunity and Tony Blair just said, "yes sir Bill".

Republican or Democrat -- I don't care. I'm just sick of this manipulative salesman occupying the White House, walking on the constitution, and electing to pull the military card when the heat gets too hot. Afghanistan, Africa, and now Iraq.
