Elliot,

There has been no meaningful volume to suggest that the price pressure is anything but tax-loss/routine sales. Take note of the following:

12/08/98 Volume = 131,000 shares and price range between .430 & .450
11/12/98 Volume = 149,000 shares and price range between .470 & .580
10/29/98 Volume = 507,000 shares and price range between .300 & .510
09/25/98 Volume = 160,000 shares and price range between .470 & .700
09/23/98 Volume = 123,000 shares and price range between .450 & .710
09/22/98 Volume = 148,000 shares and price range between .312 & .445
09/18/98 Volume = 300,000 shares and price range between .240 & .320
09/09/98 Volume = 151,000 shares and price range between .280 & .330
08/27/98 Volume = 172,000 shares and price range between .250 & .320

These are the trading days that have counted. In addition, the prevailing bid/ask spread (up to 20%) is extremely discouraging for any fence sitters/speculators considering the purchase of ALTS.
