Dear Crossy, regarding PCTH, you are the expert there. However, while insider buying can indeed be a very bullish sign, there are exceptions. For instance, CTU. While you were smart enough to unload it quickly, I finally dumped the whole position after sustaining a 80% loss [note: I am not making a complaint, as I am responsible for my mistakes. But the current CEO's purchase at $6 pops up, so I am merely using it as an example of insider buying.] I forgot the outfit name, but there is a guy tracking insider buying/selling. According to him, insider buying tends to have a Q or 2 of latency built in to it.

Regarding the rate cut, my guess is that it won't be next week. However, there is a good chance in Feb 1999.

best, Bosco
