As MSNBC reported, Clinton has a pattern of behavior with respect to the Monicagate events. He had the facedown with Saddam when the Monica story broke in February. He had the attack on the 'terrorist' targets when the impeachment referral hit in August. And now this. His Secretary of Defense contradicted Clinton also. Clinton said that the attacks had to take place now so as to complete before the Ramadan holy month. Cohen indicated they may continue past Saturday. Saddam may let this run to Sunday and see what the US does.
