Yes, it seems like it. I really have no opinion on that specific matter (WAVO), but it seems Cramer might have ruined a great thing for traders. Ever since his appearance, CNBC seems to have cut down on mentions of who will be appearing on Squawk Box the next day. Or maybe it's just my imagination?

I hope that WAVO sues his Butt off. Maybe the SEC should look into the matter. It's no secret on the street that Cramer is a big time shorter.
