Let's see now... A thousand folks bookmarked this thread, and another 4000 unique lurkers per month...so if we all chip in $1000 to form a shell company, that gives us $5 million venture capital which mostly goes to seed the "startup Internet company with the Perfect Business Model" Alien can do some technical writeups, I'll write up the business plan and we can all populate the net with stories, on different places than SI - it will get here eventually. I am or was the Board Advisor to a half dozen small companies, so we could get some decent recommendaions from them for the business IPO submittal - they owe me... Everyone gets a largeblock of stock to start - lets see, that would be 5 million of the 10 million initial shares, priced preIPO around $10 a share - thats a $100k profit before the brokeragess who underwrite it jack it up to $25/sh and the market takes it to $50 at least. So $500k on a $1k investment. Then we sell the company to AMZN or YHOO or heck even EBAY - they have a market capitalization of about $8 billion now. I mean look at the competition - NAVR only has about $19,000 in actual cash... lastshadow ps - dial data isn't providing my mac with data, so the lists might not be here until tomorrow early.
