P.E. Allen -

Knowing that things were getting ready to happen, they would naturally keep their forms (and options) updated. It doesn't have to mean a thing. Maybe someone wants to know they CAN pick up some needed cash with an unbelievable spike. Lemme tell you that if we shoot up to 6 dollars, I will HAVE to sell a tad.

I do believe it's accurate to say we don't have a thing to worry about.

Raven

In the whole list shown only 2 could possibly sell as these filings expire after 90 days of reporting . The Larger block has probably already been sold, the smaller 23,000 may still be open....I see nothing to this post.

I do not own this stock, just observing.

Peace my friends

Dave,
I have a question for my own curiosity - when a planned sale is
executed, what is the time frame to update the 144 from a planned
to an actual sale - I'm still learning - nothing more. And no, I really
don't think that anyone filing a 144 for TSIG will be selling at .50 - it's
an absurd idea!!!!.

Best Wishes,
Dennis
