ok I had a phone call from Frank today this was my first
time to talk with him. I found him to be quite frank..
seem like a good guy maybe even somebody who would be
fun to have a beer with. I ask just a few questions
about the company here are the answers they are not word for word
1. the company is in better shape than 6 months ago.
2. they are looking for more money he did not seem
to worried about getting it.
3. is a great interest in the dvd authoring board
4. no buyers for marks wonderchip doubt if they will
get one.
5. movie side of business is gone
6. antenna biz is gone
7. working on some sales contracts
8. he told me as stated before he is in it for the long haul
if he saves the company he gets very rich.
9. was not worried about sec they are looking at former management
from years back he hopes they will give the company a clean bill
of health
10. he said the company is still a very risky investment....

no big news there I was not expecting any I just wanted to talk
to the man and get a feel about him and the company i was thinking
about selling for the tax lost to offset some gains I made on ligand
but I change my mind now I plan on buying some more to average down
and wait it out to see if Frank can pull this dog out of the dumpster.
I look at it this way ( weather its right or wrong) The doors of the
company are now open for business the only problem is the capital
( and a damn big one at that) they now have the products to sell
management is focused on what they want to do all the legal bull
crap is out of the way . just got to hope that there products are
accepted. I believe that Frank is taking the right course to bring
creditability back to the company. as i stated before I'm in for the
long haul as for averaging down at .11 a share it would take just
some chump change to get down...im down so much now whats a few
hundred dollars more... I say TO ALL THATS IN FOR THE LONG HAUL
LETS RALLY AROUND THE FLAG BOYS AND ROOT INNOVACOM ON ( what else
can you do )
