S&P futures up slightly by 1 point at 9PM. Lets hope tomorrow breaks the down trend.

Looked at the Options for Newbridge,

All the volume (over 2,100 contracts) was in the Dec 25
calls, AND in the Jan 25 calls. Since the volume was so
close to being equal, seems to me it was either a floor
trader, market maker, or institution rolling over Dec
contracts into Jan contracts. The timing fits as well,
as if that is what you want to do, you don't want to
wait longer than the week prior to option expiry to roll
over that large of an option position. Tomorrow's open
interest figure should tell if that's what actually
happened. FWIW. Peter.
