Russia to demand halt to attack on Iraq MADRID, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said on Thursday that his government would demand at the U.N. Security Council an immediate halt to U.S. and British military action against Iraq. Ivanov told reporters his government had expressed its ''most serious concern'' about the air strikes, and he warned the attacks would not only worsen the Iraq crisis but would also have ''serious international consequences.''
