That news release was disappointing in my opinion. Don't know what effect it will have on the stock. I hope the market factors in the potential, and doesn't focus too hard on the fact that the CEO and CFO sold their stock for cheaper than the going rate. If they were free stock then I could see it. I believe it hangs investors out to "dry", and they should've sold their shares at the market price. Maybe Trail will go after the rest, or just announce an offering for the rest of the shares under a new company name but keep the listing. I don't know at this point.
