Thread,
Billy bombing Iraq (and previously just the threat), seems to do positive things for the oil services sector. I'm wondering if the same could be said about gold stocks like NEM, ABX, and ASA; to name a few. Similar charts, look like they might have been putting in at least a short term bottom anyway this last week, maybe some BO's today. Then, there's all those technical indicators in the indexes pointing to correction.
Dougr told me a while back that gold had a long wait before it was a good play, but has the current eco-political situation changed that for the short term? Whilst we're shorting everything else should we be looking for long plays in the OSX and gold?
Food for thought (and maybe a bit of TA)...Alski

Boltdog,

Are you ready? FAXX, ASHW, KEG and some assorted internuts...IFLY, COOL, GMAI and probably several others are all screaming, "BUY ME!!" here.
AKLM has a bunch of technical room to go higher. 14 looks do-able today.
I'm tracking AILP again...it's just starting to get a bit interesting.
Initial target for ASHW is 6. If it gets over that, look out.
