Marty,

I've called Walt Sanders several times and he has not returned a single call. I hope that you are more successful!

Please answer the following questions if you feel you can without compromising yourself.

What Casino?

Where are you getting your information from?

How can OAIS's run away with the whole and kabodle? When NUOA owns 49% and will ultimately own 85%?

What figure do you have on NUOA's debt?

Thanks

Jeff

Marty,

You have no idea what you are talking about. Nuoa does not have any debt. It's the subsidiary of Oasis which now owns the Tunisian entities that is carrying the debt. I have been told by Johnathan of NUOA # 949-833-5381 ext. 723 that their is not a deal in the works for a LasVegas casino. NUOA owns 49% of OAIS. Only a fool would buy OAIS for $6 dollars when they can buy NUOA for 4 cents.
