Third, traders forced to cover short positions in light of today's $0.91 per bbl jump in crude prices. There is another factor at work though much less obvious. This time of year is a good time to find bargains on the street and there is no better place to shop than in the battered oil sector as many of the drilling, services and equipment stocks are trading at, or just off, their 52-wk lows...
