How do you figure x 20 vs x 5?

I am long ATHM, and see it as a long-term investment. But AOL's cap is $45B, while ATHM's is around $8. I am guessing that if the FCC ruling is unfavorable, the stock may drop 30-50% (based on a purely wild guess--nothing more). But I see the upside as 5x, not 20x. It would be great if you could convince me that the upside is much greater than AOL's current market cap.

Thanks,
Tom D
