Idealab has sold the shares !!!!! We know that and everybody in the market saw how the elephant in the china shop unloaded the shares...................

possible that Idealab filed the form 144 (which merely signifies an intent to sell the shares), sought to have the restrictive legends removed from the shares and was rebuffed in that attempt (for the shares in excess of the limit) and hence did not proceed with their sale. Possible but not practical ! Why would someone file for 12000 and then for 35000 and 50000 and 108000 and so on ?? If he just wanted to remove the legend he would file for 205000 in one block not in pieces............
